Individual Volunteering
Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers play an important role in supporting our team in a variety of ways. We welcome the generous contribution of time and skills from our wonderful volunteers. While a regular weekly commitment allows us to plan and involve you in more interesting and ongoing work, even a few hours here and there can make a big difference. Whatever your talent, let us know - we'd love to have you on board.
Volunteer Gardener
Our front garden has now been renovated and our Climate Change Garden needs maintenance. Are you willing to come in for a few hours a fortnight or month to help clear weeds from the pond and garden beds, rake the paths and generally help maintain the garden? Call Angela on (03) 9532 0909 or email angelal@gould.org.au
Volunteer Historian
Having recently celebrated our centenary, we have received many generous memorabilia contributions which we would love to collate, catalogue and display properly for posterity. You could do this over a few concentrated days or in a few hours here and there over time. Call Angela on (03) 9532 0909 or email angelal@gould.org.au
Volunteer Webmeister
Do you have basic skills in Macromedia Dreamweaver or Contribute? We would love to continue extending our Centenary and Members Only websites but we need some help! Perfect work experience for an undergraduate or TAFE student wishing to gain real website experience. Email Nikki Saleeba for more information.
Contact us via email to info@gould.org.au if you would be able to help us. We'd love to hear from you!
